SOME TIPS FOR PROPER USE OF THE SAUNA:

Do not eat anything for 2 hours prior to using the sauna.

Do not drink alcohol before, during, or after using the sauna.

Enter the sauna without jewellery or clothing, wrapped in only a towel.

Bring an additional towel for wiping off sweat.

Take a shower before using the sauna in order remove any harmful substances that might prevent you from sweating.

Drink plenty of water or herbal unsweetened tea to make up for lost fluid.
